Going to the Streets

Going to the Streets

During the week of July 10th TeachBeyond Argentina together with Instituto Superior Moody, the first Christian teacher training college in Cordoba, Argentina, organized a week of evangelism called, LIFE - Youth doing Missions.

SITUATION:

Argentina is going through the most severe crisis in its history, with the third highest level of Inflation in the world -130%, with an increasing level of insecurity even inside the schools, producing a massive exodus of 100 youths every day.

During this terrible situation, LIFE–Youth Doing Missions took place in Cordoba. This is an outreach initiative for the youth and by the youth.

SUPPORT:

Thank you TeachBeyond Uruguay!!!

Arthur and his team travelled to the city of Cordoba, to support TeachBeyond Argentina. They arrived a week before and the Lord used them in an amazing ways, as they visited churches and gave talks equipping the youth with principles of Identity and Purpose in life.

IMPACT:

More than 100 youth went through this experience, an outreach in Cordoba city, going out into the streets and to the parks. A 12-year-old said: “We were in the park sharing the gospel and one lady asked us: “Which church do you come from?” I answered: “We come from different churches, but we share one purpose: Showing people the love of God!”

THE LORD CONFIRMED THE WORK OF OUR HANDS AND BROUGHT THIS COMMITMENT AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE:

“Because I love Zion, I will not keep still,
Because my heart yearns for Jerusalem
I cannot remain silent.
I will not stop praying for her
Until her righteousness shines like the dawn
And her salvation blazes like a burning torch."
