Leadership Development Opportunities

Part of TeachBeyond’s commitment to its members professional and personal development is through leadership development.
BUILD MODEL
As a result, the Leadership Development Network has been working hard over the last 18 months piloting and now rolling out Transformational Leadership training to Directors, National Leaders, Team Leads, Project Leads and Department Leads. The model we use is based on the acronym BUILD, a 5-stage model.
B – Basics and Beginning – 2 3-hour sessions going through all you need to know,
U – Understand Deeper – 4 3-hour sessions, spending time to foster goals and discover more about the theory and implementation of these behaviours,
I – Initiate and Implement – Taking this theory and putting it into practice (you will be offered a coach for this from TeachBeyond),
L – Learning again together – 2 3-hour sessions where you lead the way through sharing what has worked? What has not?
D – Develop and Disciple – 2 3-hour sessions where you are trained to be trainers. If you love developing others and wish to use leadership as a platform, then this is for you!

BOLT-ON Leadership Topics
This is brand new to TeachBeyond this year! These will be one-off 90-minute sessions, that are open to all members across the globe. They will be single leadership topics that will not only give you theory, but also provide you templates and highly practical ideas for your area of ministry.
