TeachBeyond Celebrates God’s Provision Through the Day of Giving

TeachBeyond Celebrates God’s Provision Through the Day of Giving

TeachBeyond is blessed to be a blessing to the nations.

The fifth annual Day of Giving was held on Thursday, Nov. 13. The event raises financial support for the Global Impact Fund, which helps resource new schools, educate the most marginalized, provide teacher training and mobilize thousands of teachers to the places   that God has called them to.

This year, TeachBeyond set its fundraising goal at $220,000, and received $110,000 in matching funds. God provided abundantly, as more than $225,000 was raised to support this mission. That number is expected to go up as donations continue to come in by mail.

Additionally, another $15,000 has been pledged in matching donations, with the hope of reaching $250,000 for the campaign.

We are so thankful for the donors who chose to join in with what God is doing through TeachBeyond.

Throughout the day, TeachBeyond shared stories about how the Global Impact Fund has provided catalytic funding to launch new schools and projects to reach more students. In one interview with TeachBeyond President David Durance, he reflected on the growth of the organization.

“We have to remember what God has done over the past five years and to just celebrate the journey that God has us on,” he said. “If we look back, it’s not believable, that’s the best part ... it wasn’t actually believable because God is the author of impossible.”

In Matthew 19:26, Jesus says, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” God is making the impossible possible through TeachBeyond and the Global Impact Fund. He is touching hundreds of thousands of lives every year and opening doors to unreached nations.

“We are asking the Lord in 2026 and beyond, ‘How can we at TeachBeyond be at the forefront of ensuring that in every corner, every nation, transformational education is right at the forefront so the gospel can be heard in an effective way?’” Durance said.

The Day of Giving is over, but the work has only begun. If you would like to learn more about this fundraising campaign and view the full interviews from the day, check out this playlist on YouTube.
