Please Support Wave Scholars Conafe School - La Misión.

I've fallen in love with the community of La Misión, Mexico. This Baja California town is beaming with natural beauty only surpassed by the beauty of the close-knit community living here. The valley is inhabited by agricultural workers, many of whom have migrated to the area seeking opportunity. Many of their children had never had the opportunity to attend school until the Wave Scholars Conafe School of La Misión opened in 2019. Several of our 61 students speak Mixtec, a language that has expanded to this region due to migration resulting from extreme poverty. This language barrier adds to the already challenging learning environment for these students. My own children have had the opportunity to attend excellent schools where they were taught and nurtured, and these precious children deserve the same.

I serve on the Board of Directors of the Conafe School of La Misión, which is a Teach Beyond school. Teach Beyond equips and sends Christian educators to serve in schools across the globe.

As such, I'm asking friends and family to join in raising money to operate this wonderful school for kids that would not otherwise be able to attend.
