NEHEMIA School

Nehemia School is a project of Nehemiah Gateway Albania. After the civil unrest that the fragile post communistic Albania experienced in 1997, we realized that empowering young people and equipping them with values is what Albanian society needs as a long-term response. Nehemia School started as the first private school in the town of Pogradec, where Nehemiah Gateway Albania (then Nehemia) was operating since 1991.

Nowadays Nehemia School has licensed Kindergarten/Preschool, Elementary School, Middle School and High School all integrated under Nehemia School. Nehemia School is listed in the top 20 high schools of Albania, based on the state A-level Exam.

The school follows Albanian approved curricula. Teachings are in Albanian language. It offers two foreign languages: English and German. It also offers extracurricular activities mostly in the afternoon that aim to value implementation such as social responsibility, Royal Ranges program, values teaching and community activities.
