TeachBeyond South Africa
Who we are. Established in 2019, we believe we have a unique calling in South Africa for discipleship, training in transformational education, professional development, special projects and serving under-resourced schools through collaborative partnerships and the national and global services on offer.
What we do. At TeachBeyond South Africa we feel that God has called us to not only be a sending country (sending teachers to countries throughout Africa) but also to be a global hub for countries wanting to send teachers to South Africa and beyond our borders.
Why we do it. We are called to an age-old idea in Christian education, which we call transformational education. This is the simple, yet profound belief that through the power of God’s Holy Spirit active in education, children and adults can undergo redemptive, holistic transformation. This makes them increasingly like Christ in their world.
