Dean of Discipline and Discipleship
At Arbor Christian Academy, we believe that discipline is one of the most powerful tools of discipleship. The Dean of Discipline and Discipleship is called to lead with courage, wisdom, and compassion—helping our diverse student body learn accountability through Christ’s transforming grace.
This role requires prior experience and fluency in Spanish to effectively partner with families and staff.
The Dean of Discipline and Discipleship plays a front-line, relational role—guiding student behavior through restorative practices and intentional discipleship. This position leads school-wide behavior systems, mentors students, supports teachers, partners with families, and helps cultivate a school culture around ACA’s five core values: Wise, Integrity, Relational, Courageous, and Rooted. This role is ideal for a mission-minded leader who values intentional education, relationship-driven discipline, and desires to shape school culture through Christ-centered leadership.
You may be a great fit if you feel called to walk closely with students—leading with compassion and consistency, guiding restorative conversations, and helping shape a school culture where children grow in character, responsibility, and faith.
