The Dean of Discipline and Discipleship serves on the front lines of student life, building relationships while guiding behavior through restorative practices and intentional discipleship. In addition to walking closely with students, this role equips and supports teachers and partners with families to foster growth and accountability. By leading school-wide systems rooted in ACA’s five core values—Wise, Relational, Courageous, Integrity, and Rooted—the Dean helps cultivate an environment where students can flourish in both character and faith.
