EFL teacher

We are looking for qualified and called men and women who are willing to relocate to a Creative Access Country in Central Asia that is 90% Muslim. We have a unique opportunity starting Fall 2026 to reach a generation of young people who are searching for answers and need a Transformation of the heart. You would be joining an existing team of 7 teachers and be part of an ambitious project that has the ability to impact Central Asia.

Responsibilities: Teaching responsibilities will be 24-28 hours a week with no more than 38 total hours a week including all responsibilities. Your primary role will be teaching EFL classes at a local university.

Qualifications. We need native English-Speaking EFL Teachers who are TESOL- or CELTA-trained, preferably with a TESOL degree or CELTA certification.  Experience is preferred but someone who loves Jesus, is teachable and adaptable, and who has a heart to serve, love people, and invest in relationships is the person we’re looking for. Minimum technical requirement is a college degree and TESOL certificate.

Length of commitment. 1 school year (10 months), preferably 2 years

Schedule. Arrive the beginning of September 2026; depart the end of June 2027; the schedule will be a mix of daytime and evening responsibilities with breaks for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year (one week), Spring break (one week)
