The Elementary Principal serves on the front lines of school life, building relationships while strengthening instructional excellence and cultivating a thriving, Christ-centered environment. In addition to walking closely with students, this role equips and develops teachers, partners with families, and ensures alignment with academic standards and our local Ministry of Education. By leading school-wide systems rooted in ACA’s five core values—Wise, Relational, Courageous, Integrity, and Rooted—the Principal helps cultivate a school where students flourish both academically and spiritually.
