Elementary Principal

Basic Function of Position:

Lead the grade-level team academically and spiritually and work with the complete administration team on all-school initiatives. Directly responsible to the Academic Director for students and staff in PK-6th grades.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Teacher supervision and support
• All-school leadership
• Student academics and parent communication
• Student development and activities

Education:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (in Education preferred) 
2. Teaching certification (preferred) 
3. Willing to obtain ACSI certification
4. Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
5. Be born-again believers in Jesus Christ

Experience needed: At least 2 years in educational leadership, preferably in a Christian or international school.
