Fundraising and Community Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Fundraising and Community Relations specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in developing and leading ICSB’s philanthropic strategy, donor engagement, community giving culture, and alumni engagement programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a deep understanding of fundraising principles, a strong commitment to relationships and community, and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms.

Professional Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Hungarian is preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Non-profit Management, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in fundraising, event management, and advancement within nonprofit or faith-based organizations, preferably in a Christian school setting
• Experience working with alumni programs, donor stewardship, or community engagement preferred. 
• Familiarity with fundraising systems, donor databases, and reporting tools.

This position is a full-time job that comes with a comprehensive employee contract, along with Hungarian public health care and social security benefits. The role reports directly to the Director of Advancement. While our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm, the nature of this role requires availability to work outside of regular office hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, to support school events and initiatives.
