Teacher Trainer
We are looking for a teacher or couple who could commit to train and develop teachers within the elementary school in Kinshasa, DR-Congo. The mission worker(s) would live on the school campus and be supervised by the Director and teaching staff. This person will be responsible for leading training workshops for teachers at FATEB Kinshasa and other schools in the surrounding area. The ideal length of stay would be at least 6 months to a one-year commitment, extendable based on the School Director’s advice and the mission worker's interest.
We want to better equip our teachers at FATEB Academy to teach more effectively. Since we are a training school for a network of schools throughout the country of Congo, our goal is for our teachers to equip the other schools in our network by working strategically alongside the Director of FATEB.
The ability to speak French or a willingness to learn French is an asset.
