As the school grows, new facilities are needed to provide a safe, distinguished environment for students to study. Construction completes the vision of a PK-12th grade educational program to give island community members opportunities to develop their God-given talents through quality education.
English emphasis gives students job opportunities.
GCdeBC offers students immersive classes in English from English-speaking missionary teachers. Throughout their school career this will allow students to develop a high level of English which will open up employment options in the tourist industry as well as higher educational opportunities in both Colombian and international universities.
High quality education in location with few alternatives. The community of Boca Chica has little opportunities for quality education. The local school has been ranked very low and many students are not able to finish their educational process due to family and work responsibilities. GCdeBC hopes to offer students a Christ-centered, high quality, affordable education that will enable them to develop the whole child. In partnership with parents, students will be challenged to develop life skills and academic knowledge to reach their God-given potential.
Partnered with the local church and ministries.
Knowing that education goes beyond academics, GCdeBC has partnered with the local church to disciple and train students in the word of God. Every day students will be given opportunities to know God and deepen their walk with Him. Integrated curriculum allows students to cultivate a Christian world-view, strengthen their identity in Christ, and develop their God-given gifts and talents.
