At times it becomes necessary for the school to raise funds for a specific purpose or a special project that is not provided for in the budget and cannot be paid for by regular school funds.
In such cases fund raising programs may be approved by the Board.
If there any excess of funds after the project is completed, funds will be used for either the annual school operating costs, or will contribute to the school development fund, wherever needed most.
