Administrative Assistant
You will meet weekly (online) with the Sparrow Project Director to discuss tasks; problem solve situations and brainstorm ideas. You will be responsible for completing tasks such as keeping up with email inboxes, scheduling meetings, writing thank you notes to supporters, writing job descriptions for team members, updating the TeachBeyond Opportunity Board and other duties.
Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings
- Send out communication and correspondence
- Assisting with meeting and event logistics
- Filing, organizing and maintaining digital records
Qualifications:
- Solid organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Christian committed to living a Biblical lifestyle
- Demonstrate patience, humility, integrity, and kindness
This opportunity is a remote and support based role; Pay is based on the applicants own ability to raise funds for their salary.
