Administrative Assistant - Canadian Christian Education Movement (CCEM)
The Administrative Assistant will support the mission and work of the project known as the Canadian Christian Education Movement (CCEM). This person will provide administrative support to the Associate National Director and to the Steering Committee, where appropriate. Additionally, the Admin. Assistant will have administrative oversight for multiple in-person and virtual town hall meetings in Canada.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including aptitude for revision.
- Ability to speak publicly and present the mission of TeachBeyond and how we relate to the CCEM project
- Working knowledge of Office 365 tools for day-to-day business, including Outlook email and calendar, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint and Word (or willing to learn).
- Able to manage and work in a remote environment, with virtual meetings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide general administrative support to the CCEM Steering Committee.
- Organize and schedules meetings, appointments, and events.
- External and internal communications within TeachBeyond and CCEM project.
- Assist in communication (emails, promos, website content)
- Interact with communications department.
- Edit documents for flow, grammar, uniformity etc.
- Support leadership with distributing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with planning, preparation and execution of events and meetings.
- Order and take care of supplies, materials etc.
- Collaborate with others in planning Townhall meetings.
- Handle bookings, facilities, food and other arrangements.
- Manage communication related to events.
- Collect and organize information on topics as needed.
- Develop a working knowledge and use of Bitrix 24 platform.
- Manage ongoing customer relations and connecting points.
- Create and maintain filing systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Responsible for organizing planned mailings to identified groups.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership.
GENERAL MEMBER EXPECTATIONS
- Participate actively in local church; follow a personal growth and lifelong learning plan.
- Participate in meetings and events mandatory for all members (prayer days, training, etc.).
