Africa Region Administrative Coordinator
Provide administrative support to the Regional and Associate Regional Director in fulfilling TeachBeyond’s mission, vision, and strategic Plan by helping coordinate area development, providing support to projects and members throughout the region.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in, record, and file meeting agendas and minutes
- Maintain accurate data records
- Serve in sepecial committees/staff meetings, providing practical advice and experience
- Follow up with services, requests, and dealines given to regional leader
- Assimilate and syhtesize date and information for reporting
- Coordinate and support regional strategic plan
- Coordinate and manage administrative support for existing projects, services and activities
- Liaison with project and service leader to maximize development, support colleagues and partnerships, and regional/local events
- Assist elsewhere as approved/required
