Africa Regional Sparrow Project Coordinator

The Africa Coordinator will be responsible to oversee and lead African Sparrow Project teams in various countries throughout the continent. As Africa Regional Sparrow Project Coordinator, you must have a passion for Africa and easily build and foster relationships with educators, global workers, African nationals and leaders. 

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships between trainers across countries
• Create a project-wide learning culture.
• Liaise with project and services leaders to maximize quality of programs.
• Oversee the training of Sparrow Project master trainers.
• Develop and implement a system of monitoring and evaluation of trainers and their cohorts.

Qualifications:

• Degree in education or related field
• Christian committed to living a Biblical lifestyle
• Demonstrate patience, humility, integrity, and kindness
• Excellent communication, problem solving, speaking, writing, motivational skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivation with ability to conceptualize and take plans to action with minimal supervision
• Competence in using technology applications

This opportunity is a remote and support based role; Pay is based on the applicants own ability to raise funds for their salary.
