Inspiring educator sought to teach AP and CP LA Literature to foster classics to modern contexts, and foster intellectual curiosity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead rigorous analysis of complex texts (classic, contemporary).
- Teach critical lenses and rhetorical strategies.
- Prepare students for AP exams through timed writing, peer feedback, and rubric mastery.
- Develop lessons to strengthen reading comprehension, analytical writing, and oral communication.
- Select accessible, culturally relevant texts to engage diverse learners.
- Bridge foundational skills to real-world applications (e.g., college essays...)
