Associate Director
You will support team oversight, training, curriculum, and cross-departmental collaboration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring excellent program delivery and fostering growth that reflects Christ’s love, truth, and transformational impact.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll plan and lead purposeful, productive meetings that truly make a difference. You'll help keep our project data organized and up to date, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll represent the Sparrow Project in leadership and cross-team meetings, sharing our heart and vision with others. Working closely with project leaders, you’ll help ensure excellence in everything we do. You’ll also have the joy of guiding and supporting our incredible Sparrow Project master trainers. Together, we’ll create systems to monitor and celebrate training success, and you’ll work alongside the director to bring meaningful, Christ-centered curriculum to life.
Qualifications:
- Degree in education or related field
- Proven leadership and administrative experience (preferred)
- Cross-cultural experience (preferred)
- Self-starter with strong follow-through
- Teach-savvy and adaptable to evolving digital tools
- Strategic thinker with change management skills
- Culturally sensitive and able to lead diverse teams
This opportunity is a remote and support based role; full-time; Pay is based on the applicants own ability to raise funds for their salary.
