This will be TeachBeyond’s second year to have this overnight English Camp in Uruguay. It is a great opportunity to share the love of Jesus in the least evangelized country in Latin America. It is also a great opportunity to know a little bit more about Uruguayan culture and to try their delicious food such as the dulce de leche, torta frita, milanesa and asado.

The team will be sharing the love of Jesus through teaching conversational English, playing fun games and building relationships.

Location: This camp will be at the facilities of TeachBeyond Uruguay in the city of Ecilda Paullier. This is where the team will be staying at all times.

Here you can find beautiful nature, with nice lake beaches in the summer and a pretty cold weather in the winter. In July, it is very cold in this region. You need to be prepared for negative temperatures. Camp activities are mostly indoors, as in addition to the cold, it is very windy in this region.

Curriculum and training for teaching conversational English will be given to the team. No teaching experience needed but helpful. Applicants must be 18 years or older to teach.
