Europe Regional Family School Coordinator
The New Family School Onboarding Coordinator will support the onboarding of new TeachBeyond family projects within the region. This role involves co-leading interdepartmental task forces and coordinating all needed services to onboard and launch each of our new family school start-up projects in Europe.
Role Objective: Coordinate the onboarding process for new family school start-up projects under the direction of the Associate Director for Global Organizational Development
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the process for improvements to the process
- Implement, track, and maintain the approved process for effectiveness and efficiency
- Laisse with the task force in assessing the needs of the new project
- Coordinate departmental services as identified by the task force, the Regional Vice-President, their designated team and other services.
- Oversee the quality of responsiveness of relevant supporting services
- Make recommendations as necessary
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Administration, Education, or related field of study; and professional career experience
- Proven leadership and administrative experience, with the ability to provide consultative guidance and cultivate available resources to respond to needs
- Professional experience on staff in a faith-based non-profit organization, preferable
