Facilitator Mentor

Join us in empowering facilitators across the globe as they prepare to lead Sparrow Project trainings! As a mentor, you'll connect regularly (online and sometimes in person) to encourage, equip, and guide facilitators toward confident, impactful teaching. You’ll help build a fun, Christ-centered learning environment and foster continual growth through feedback, mentorship, and teamwork. Occasional travel may be part of the adventure!

Responsibilities:

• Mentor, coach and cheer on facilitators one-on-one
• Help them prep, plan, and polish their lessons
• Observe and guide their classroom practices
• Model teaching strategies they can replicate
• Set goals and celebrate progress together
• Stay in touch often (calls, emails, texts)

Qualifications:

• A background in education (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Teaching experience
• A kind, humble, and encouraging spirit
• Openness to learn and grow
