Head of School

Ever Global School is a K12 International School operating in the capital city of a Central Asian republic. We were founded in 2009 to offer quality, values based, education for the children of international families, and we currently have around 160 students on roll from 10 different countries.

Our curriculum is intentionally international, we are a candidate member of the Middle States Association and are also aiming to achieve ACSI member status in late 2025.

The Head of School is responsible, either directly or through delegation, for the leadership of all educational, operational, and financial aspects of Ever Global School, and, as the sole direct employee of the board, is the person through whom the board ensure that the mission and vision are being met

To achieve the above, it is expected that the Head of School will be available to the school community during term time plus 4 weeks in any school year, with weekend and evening commitments as reasonably and sustainably required.

For this significant role, Ever Global School offers a stipend which would typically require only modest additional support for a single person, or couple where both partners are employed at the school. We would be willing to discuss some changes to this stipend to meet the circumstances of a suitable candidate.
