Primary School Principal

The Primary school principal will manage the daily operations, administration, and planning for the school year for the academic and non-academic activities. The principal ensures the academic department reflects the school’s mission, vision, and values, develops a safe learning environment, and sets and executes performance goals of both learners and teachers.

We are a private, coeducational school serving Kindergarten, Primary, and Lower Secondary students. Located in the heart of Vientiane, the capital city of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic - a fast-developing country where the culture is friendly and welcoming, and where people are eager to ensure their children have the best possible education for the prospect of a good future.

This is a Paid position with benefits (housing, tuition discounts for children, visa and work permit, professional development, insurance, and others). The salary ranges between 25K- 40K USD/year according to the local cost of living and average salary. Negotiable.
