School Director
The Director will be appointed as a senior member of the faculty. The position is a minimum five-year, full-time appointment with annual reviews, reporting directly to the BAB.

Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in a multicultural school setting
- Experience in institutional development and fundraising
- Educational leadership experience with Cambridge, IB, AP, or other well-known international curricula
The Director must be a member in good standing of a reputable mission organization and have the support of that sending organization. There is a support package that meets some living and professional development expenses.
