Secondary Math Teachers

Christian Academy of Guatemala is seeking applications for two (2) full-time Secondar Math Teachers (High School Algebra 2 Teacher and a Middle School Math Teacher) who are called by God to serve in an educational setting as a missionary teacher providing academic lessons to missionary and multicultural students. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (in teaching area preferred)
• Evangelical Christian testimony
• Agree with our school’s Statement of Faith
• Raise financial support for living expenses
• English is your first language
• Proficient teaching skills in an Elementary environment
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Outstanding communication skills both written and oral
• Strong ability to multitask and lead a classroom
• Work well in a team environment
• Ability to adapt and be flexible
• Able to teach multicultural students
• Called by God to serve in an educational setting as a missionary in a developing country
• Willingness to make a two (or more) year commitment
• State or ACSI teaching certificate/license and 2 years experience a bonus, but not required
