Secondary Mathematics Teacher

We are currently looking for Mathematics Teachers with an ability to teach in Secondary School (12-15 or 15-18 year olds).
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or Mathematics
- Teaching License, Qualification or Credential
- Experience with teaching Cambridge curriculum (desired but negotiable)

Responsibilities:
- Teach courses assigned by the secondary principal
- Undertake evaluation, assessment and monitoring of students in accordance with school guidelines and the Cambridge Syllabus (where applicable)
- Use a full range of teaching and assessment techniques that target identified needs/abilities
- Ensure that entire curriculum is delivered
- Develop a class environment that supports each student holistically
- Carry out all assigned duties with professionalism
- Keep records for each class, including lesson plans, grades, attendance, etc.
- Post accurate grades in orderly and timely manner
- Report to school on time, prepared for meetings and classes
- Teach and serve in a broad range of responsibilities as requested by administration
- Be prepared to substitute from time to time
- Participate in planned secondary events, both during the school day and outside of school hours
- Supervise students during breaks and before/after school as scheduled
- Communicate timely and professionally with parents as needed, discussing student performance and writing annual reports
- Maintain personal teaching certifications
- Participate in ongoing professional development
