Secondary Social Studies Teacher
The Christian International School of Prague's vision is to have students who are followers of Jesus among the nations expressing their faith by thinking biblically, and loving and serving their communities for Him. Our grades 1-12 student body has about 150 students. It is comprised of students from over 25 different countries. We use an English-language, American-style curriculum. We offer visa process assistance for missionary teachers and staff, as well as discounts and scholarships for children of staff members.
A secondary social studies teacher will provide academically excellent instruction in social studies, history, geography, and politics, utilizing a US-based curriculum from a Biblical perspective. The teacher may be asked to teach courses in geography, US History, World History, International Politics, or AP-level social studies courses. Instruction may be given to students in grades 6-12 (ages 11-18).
The Christian International School of Prague (CISP) is located in Prague, a beautiful old city in the heart of Central Europe. It is also in the heart of the Czech Republic, which is predominantly atheist and agnostic in belief. In the midst of this spiritual climate, CISP seeks to be a light for missionary, expat, and national students alike, enveloping them in the love of Christ.
