Short-Term Coordinator
Passionate about seeing short-term missions done well? Use your administrative gifts to facilitate TeachBeyond short-term missions opportunities, including English Camps, student teachers, and internships.
We're looking for a detail-oriented leader who wants to have Kingdom impact to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a timely application process for short-term inquiries
- Liaise with project leaders and trip supervisors
- Coordinate pre-trip onboarding and post-trip debrief accepted short-term volunteers
- Maintain current marketing information
- Oversee annual audit of short-term opportunities and carry out program improvements
- Foster relationships with university and church partners
This position is funded through personal support raising or self-donation; salary level depends on cost of living and years of relevant experience.
POSITION START DATE: July 2024
TYPE OF POSITION: Full-time (35+ hrs/week), Part-time (20-35 hrs/week)
LENGTH OF SERVICE: Over 6 months
